-This seems like common sense but so many people miss this very basic supplement in their daily routines. We cannot ingest all we need from just whole foods. It’s impossible. No matter what a doctor may tell you. We are also depleting a lot more than a regular Joe not putting his or her body through intense physical stress. Vitamin D3
– It is very common to be insufficient in D3 even with a lot of sun exposure. This very necessary supplement aids in improving bone health, fat loss, mood, immune system, mental clarity, muscle function, well being, and some science claims testosterone production. Magnesium
-One of the most important for muscle and heart, synthesis of fat, protein, neurological activity, muscular contraction and relaxation, cardiac activity and bone metabolism.
If you suffer from regular or excessive fatigue, frequent mood swings, depression, restless legs at night, muscle cramps, twitches or tremors, feelings of irritability, feeling lethargic, and premenstrual bloating you may have a magnesium deficiency.

Creatine Monohydrate
– Before I could afford steroids this is the first product I ever tried that really did transform my body. It was brand new, very hard to find, no health food stores carried it yet, you had to mail order it from paper back supplement catalogs. Strength coaches were talking about it so I tried it. I was still in high school and over summer break put on very respectable size. I remember my buddies thinking I had “cycled” that summer and I assured them I didn’t but they called me a liar. Still to this day for the money one of the (in my opinion) best supplements THAT ACTUALLY WORKS.

ONE TRICK THAT CAN MAKE YOU BIGGER FASTER
Leucine
People may think I’m full of shit. That’s ok. But I’ve used this as a “boost” in between cycles and even during my cycles and I’ve had people ask me if I’m “on” even when I’m “off” using this one little trick.
